Harvest Provisions Premium Meats

A new standard for premium deli meats is now available with the introduction of Harvest Provisions from Willow Brook Foods. This true premium line of fully cooked turkey, ham, roast beef, and chicken meats are tailored to today's most refined customers. Harvest Provisions complements any upscale operation with eight distinct products: four uniquely roasted or smoked turkey breasts, three varieties of ham, roast beef, and roasted chicken.

Harvest Provisions Breast Of Turkey is cut from large tom breast meat and lightly marinated with select seasonings and spices. Four varieties are available: Hickory Smoked, Honey Smoked, Naturally Roasted, and Mesquite Grilled. Natural Juice Hams are seasoned and smoked to perfection and come in three varieties: Honey Cured, Maple Brown Sugar and Old Fashioned Pit Style. The Roast Beef is a USDA choice, capless top round that's split and lightly seasoned to perfection. Roasted Chicken Breast is made from whole muscle breast fillets and hand-trimmed to exact specifications.
