Our Supreme Turkey Breast products are made for coffee shops/family restaurants, health care, colleges/universities and business and industry. So adaptable, they can be used for: sandwiches, hot entrees, cold plates, turkey salads, salad garnish, snack trays, and buffets.
Handling Tips:
Vacuum package will keep product in excellent condition for:
- Smoked and Browned Products - 60 days refrigerated at 28°- 36°F 12 months frozen at 0°F
- Oven Roasted Products - 85 days refrigerated at 28°- 36°F 12 months frozen at 0°F
- After the vacuum package is broken, product should be used within 5 days.
- Product should not be held at room temperature.
- Unused product should be placed in a suitable container and stored refrigerated or frozen.
