Handling Tips:

Vacuum package will keep product in excellent condition for:

  • Pastrami-60 days refrigerated at 28 - 36° F
    12 months frozen at 0° F

  • Bologna and Salami-
    70 days refrigerated at 28 - 36° F
    12 months frozen at 0° F

After the vacuum package is broken, product should be used within 5 days.

Product should not be held at room temperature.

Unused product should be placed in a suitable container and stored refrigerated or frozen.
