Snack Sensation
Directions:
- Slice meats to 2 mil. in thickness.
- Cut smoky cheese into triangle shapes about 2 mil. in thickness.
- Cut different cheeses into 1/2" squares about 2 mil. thick.
- Arrange cheese and meat slices as shown in photo, starting with summer sausage, then smoky cheese, hard salami and variety of cheeses.
- Make a bed of leaf lettuce in center of tray for cheese ball or cheese cubes.
- Add garnish-radishes work well.
