Directions:
- Slice meats about 2 mil. thick so they roll easily, about 2-21/2 oz. per slice.
- Cut cheese into 2" squares.
- Roll meat slices and arrange them with the cheese on bed of leaf lettuce.
- Garnish with olives and pickles.
- Remember to add a little red color! (see photo)
