Directions:

  1. Slice meats about 2 mil. thick so they roll easily, about 2-21/2 oz. per slice.
  2. Cut cheese into 2" squares.
  3. Roll meat slices and arrange them with the cheese on bed of leaf lettuce.
  4. Garnish with olives and pickles.
  5. Remember to add a little red color! (see photo)
