All-American Meat Platter

 

Directions:

  1. Lay a bed of leaf lettuce on tray.
  2. Slice meats to a 2 mil. thickness and roll.
  3. Slice tomatoes to 1/8" thick.
  4. Arrange ingredients on tray according to photo.
  5. Garnish with olives.
